Bourdon Haenni Improve their Customer Care
When Bourdon Haenni needed to improve their customer care strategy they came to us for help. We ran four separate workshops for two groups of staff over a period of four months. This is the letter we received from David Price, the MD.

I would like to thank you most sincerely for the very valuable and motivational customer care sessions you ran for us recently. We are already seeing the results of the training in a much-improved focus on our customers from all the staff. We now give our clients a more caring service, and this was, of course, the reason for doing the training. They gained particular value from the practical exercise. This highlighted some of the things that can easily be missed, and reinforced the workshop sessions very powerfully.

We have made several improvements to the way we do things here, and these sprang from the first sessions you ran. All the staff have worked in teams to make these happen and this has improved our efficiency, so we are now better placed to respond more quickly. So thanks again for providing both the motivation and the facilitation to enable us to improve the way we do things.
