Hello Bob,

I hope your journey home was reasonably comfortable and not too hot.

Thank you once again for yesterday's course in 'high octane positivity'.

The girls have said this morning how much they enjoyed the day and are already applying some of what was learned to their calls today.

I look forward to receiving your detailed proposals for a 2nd training day (on a Saturday) for the sales team.
